How do you kick out a rowdy customer out of a store?

Thank author of this post/commentAs a store owner in the service industry i always wondered how would you kick out a customer who is acting rowdy, loud, and slandering your business quickly as possible. How much forces is needed before I get a lawsuit.

I also experienced the same situation with you. It was truly annoying and disturbing to other customers. We can't really avoid those kinds of customers. I couldn’t stand it. But, during that time I had the confidence to go near with them. I warned them in a nice way to lower the noise as much as possible in order not to destruct others in the restaurant. They were obedient. But, I don't know what to do if I encounter defiant customers. Please help?

This is a truly difficult question for someone to answer who is not in the situation at the time. Each situation would probably demand a different response according to how the person was acting, who was around, and many other factors which could be involved. I would say that you basically need a lot of self control, as if you are under control then you will more likely see clearly what should be done.
