| Hi there! I was actually have the same problem before. I have a China phone in Philippines and my friends has also another brand of cellular. We decided to send each other a picture but we wonder if this can be happen because we have different phone. We tried it for almost seven times and at last we made it. I hope you can also do it. Just try it besides nothing to loss. |
| Hey the answer is really simple; the cellular services do not matter much but it is necessary that you have MMS feature activated in your cell phone plus a GPRS connection should be active.Even though if you do not get it you can always get in touch with the customer care service of your cellular phones and get your answers to your respective queries. |
| Sending a picture messages is really fun to do. Before, I am very curious if I can send picture message to a different type of phones. Together with a close friend of mine we tried many times to send pictures with each other but we can't do it. And we are very thankful because my cousin help us on how to send it in an easy way. So now, we can send a picture messages as we want. |
| I'm sure you can send MMS or picture messages to each other wherever you are. Just make sure both your phones were set up properly to send and receive picture messages or multi-media messages MMS. I used to have that problem before. I couldn't send and receive MMS and I was really irritated because I was excited to receive this picture message from a friend. It wasn't until I set-up my MMS settings that I was able to receive it. |
| I think it is really possible for both of you to receive MMS as long as your mobile phones support the MMS feature which will allow you to receive and send MMS internationally. But of course you have check the rate of sending MMs to other countries because I think it will cost you higher than the local MMS sent. You can probably ask from the customer service of your carrier regarding this matter. |
