| Oh there must be some features on your mobile phone that you need to check in order to resolve this issue. Perhaps you may also contact the customer service of Cellular so that they can walk with you the process of resolving the issue. I haven’t gone through the same experience. But believe the Cellular customer service can help you resolve the problem. I wonder if you have their hotline number. |
